The
museum was unveiled in 1999 and is located in a
memorial apartment of the family at 40
Mayakovskogo Street.
In five rooms of the museum you can see
interiors of rooms of the composer and his
parents who lived here in 1971-1972. Also, you
can see an exposition about his life and
creative works. As a whole, memorial things are
kept in the apartment: books, plates, photos,
notes, draft copies, a grand piano and a violin
which Volodymyr played when he studied at
musical school. A memorial board is also located
in the house.
