 The
literary-memorial museum of O. Kobylyanska,
founded in 1944, is located in the personal
house of the writer at 5 Dimitrova Street. The
museum is housed in five rooms. In three of them
is a literary exposition which showcases the
life and career of the writer, public works, and
literary communications. Two other rooms, O.
Kobylyanska’s study and bedroom, are a memorial.
Personal things are exhibited in them, as well
as furniture which belonged to Olga Julianovne.
Funds of the memorial museum, which is visited
by thousands of admirers of the creativity of
the writer, continuously replenish. Annually in
the museum, on the birthday and on the
anniversary of O .Kobylyanska's death, memorial
evenings are held, with literary readings and
conferences. A memorial board about the writer
is also situated in the house.
